I'm so sorry you felt that I had earned a two star rating for the size of the hat. I included the width of the brim as well as the diameter of the hat. I would have been happy to have supplied more measurements, if you felt that could have helped. I shipped your NWT item with care and swiftly but I don't agree with a two star rating. I urge you to reconsider.

@glamadiva Sorry that your perception of the color of the crystal was lavender when the item description clearly stated clear. You also were “dissed”that the packaging was subpar (it was wrapped with a beautiful bow), I wasn’t timely in shipping-which was true as you asked if you could add the earrings to a bundle (AFTER purchasing them), I explained how and was waiting for you to add your other items to the bundle. Sorry for the miscommunication.

Hey Karol, I just liked a cpl and Followed yr shop. I have been searching, scouring the net fo an 18 inch round cream pearl necklace with crystal rondelles between the pearls, perhaps adjustable to 16". It simply cannot be found. But you are good with creamy pearls looks like, maybe you could make such a necklace, yellow gold-plate around the rondelles and for the clasp. Oh if you could I would def'ly but it from you. Lemme know and in the meantime have a very happy holiday season! ~~Chanel

@ebiggers199 H there, I finally found the comment lol! I LOVE the bag. Wore it w/a beautiful golden yellow dress on St Patty's Day for a dinner out w/my son & was looked at like a freak for my beautiful outfit (I'm a sz 2 and very pretty) in my huge SoCal city. Women in the US have forgotten how to do GLAM! Such a shame, we must bring it back. The cardholder is great too. Son & I are going to Beverly Hills next month, you better believe I will be carrying the gorgeous Brahmin with me! Thx again!
