sarahsylvia Hello. Every single thing wrong with the shoes was photographed. Hence why they were selling for $15. I absolutely agree with the low rating for the shipping & I'm not going to insult you by coming up with excuses for that. Also, there was never a sharpie taken to ANY of the scuffs. They were well loved (as I said, hence the extremely low price for irregular choice shoes) & there was nothing hidden from a potential buyer. I'm sorry you were disappointed. Enjoy your weekend.
