kellygjewelry Hi! I just saw you placed two separate orders for your ornaments. Would you like to cancel those orders and bundle the items so you would only need to pay one shipping fee instead of paying for shipping twice?

kellygjewelry @sunshyne3397 I haven't had this happen before but I think on your account you can go to your purchases, tap on problem/order inquiry and cancel the purchase. Then once it's cancelled bundle both to purchase together. I'm not totally sure. It's worth a try!

michaelbrust Hey I saw the review you gave me on the bracelet. With all due respect to the jeweler. I know that clasp is the original clasp that came with the bracelet. It is 14k gold. Try taking it to another jeweler if you can to get a second opinion

sunshyne3397 @michaelbrust I released the funds. I had taken it to Cyrus jewelers they tested the bracelet itself an said it was good but the clasp wasn’t. To be fair I will take it to another jeweler an have it checked again
