Hi Chaz - I'm really sorry the jacket you purchased from me is damaged. It was not my intent to send you something with damage or in poor quality. Unfortunately, I didn't look over the jacket as well as I should have. I'm happy to refund your full payment. If you would like you can decline the jacket and keep it, or we can connect off Posh and I can send you a refund.

@chaz7862 go to post for the sold jacket and you should have an option to accept or decline. Choose decline. I’m not certain but it may require you to send it back. If so you can print the postage and mail me an empty envelope. I’ll acknowledge receipt of your shipment.
