darrelyntutt Hey there ... I'm deeply sorry that your gorgeous Alpaca items have not arrived and do not show they've been scanned. I have an impeccable record and history of same day shipping. I sent your items off within hours but there is no record. I've been watching closely and corresponding with Poshmark on the matter. I'm aware that mistakes happen and holidays get crazy so maybe there was a strange glitch somewhere. In any event, I simply encourage you to ask for a refund of money. -Darrelyn Tutt❤

I just left my local post office to see whats going on with the tracking of the Lands End dress you had purchased, and unfortunately they're telling me that they are short-staffed and everything is at LEAST a week behind and she said "and it's only going to get worse closer to Christmas". I sincerely apologize and please let me know if there's anything I can do to help!

darrelyntutt @fivecentfemme Hey there ... just checking in on the Alpaca package. According to the tracking number, it says you received it on December 5th. If you did NOT ... please let me know immediately so funds can be reinstated to both you and me via Poshmark. Every now and again things get lost, stolen, or disappear. serendipit @darrelyntutt Hi Darrelyn, I’m following the tracking number. Please mail the item, if you have not already, which I am still interested in receiving. I’ve contacted Poshmark to make them aware; I’m fine with the delay, but the tracking number indicates you created a label but have not yet mailed it. I’ll await the update from USPS since this is a busy time of year. Thank you.

serendipit This is the message I received on 12/16/20 from Poshmark: Thank you for the email. Please note it has come to our attention that the seller has shipped your item to the incorrect buyer. At this time, the buyer has been issued a label to forward the order to you. The tracking number is as follows: 9405511202061408771993 ******** When I checked on this number, however, it says the item has not yet left S. Dakota. Just wondering if you could please provide a status update? Thank you.
