karmanitzz Hey @chelsitoth I wanted to apologize for your issue. Im so sorry. The liner works fine on my skin (tried it on my hand after I got it back). As you can see I’ve sold many of these liners w no issues&had return customers.I tried returning the payment but it’s on hold from me to begin with, so Poshmark will likely just give it back to you on their end. LMK if there’s anything I can do to improve your experience (it’s on me!) So far, I’ve had no quality issues with anything I’ve ever sold.

It’s not your fault the eyeliner was dried out, sometimes it just happens. 🤷‍♀️ It could have just been that way since it’s original purchase. I can ship 1 of them for the same price& ship it as the one you bought so you don’t have to repurchase it. One is a halter top style w/ lace detailing the other is a Lulus dress spaghetti strap. mightymonarch Hello. I accidentally shipped an item to you that is not the item you ordered. I've contacted Posh to see what needs to be done. The item is in an old Amazon bag. I think if you refuse order they'll send it back without needing a new return label. I'll be shipping the shirt you bought tomorrow. So the 1st package you get should be the "return" package. mightymonarch @chelsitoth I do. I made the mistake of just reprinting the label and using it. So... The number is associated with both packages. So the number says it is delivered. My guess is the original package was stopped and is in the postal system somewhere. They can't track because the number says "delivered"... So I made a claim with USPS to see if they can locate.

You can just throw them in the bag i sent it with & just tape it up however you want. Its not a big deal. Or if you threw it away, you can just use whatever box you want. If it’s small enough, you can put it in your mailbox & the mailman will just pick it up 😊
