august_31 @cherifah hello, I’m shocked to hear, as you can see someone else commented that their Dr Martens after being shipped had got damage. That’s why I took the precaution and shipped them in a towel. I have no idea of how they went wrong. I saw them just fine as pictured, and my husband worn them just to try the size, not for long. He didn’t feel any wrong/or different. Could these just be a manufactured defect? I’m uncertain...

august_31 what I can tell you is to contact Poshmark customer services, I have no control over refunds, and though the item has been accepted, I’m willing to work with whatever Poshmark decides. So do get in contact with them

cherifah @august_31, I was excited to get them and they looked fine. But I wore them no longer then 45 min when I noticed the insole coming up. I had previously order another pair of doc's with no problem. I did take a picture of them. I did recognize they were with the bubble wrap and towel and appreciated the note! I will contact customer service and talk to them. I appreciate your responding back to me and am so sorry this problem has come up because I was excited to get them. Thanks again!

cherifah @edorr35, the reason is because it doesn't look like a real (the crossbody strap and the inside) vintage Dooney and I didn't read anywhere indicating it wasn't real. I've bought quite a few Dooneys, mostly real, but if I really like it, I'll buy it. I just LOVE handbags! If I buy one that's not real, I want to know it too.

edorr35 @cherifah In the ad I stated that there is no tag inside for the serial number and I made that very clear. So that would be the clue that it possibly is not a real Dooney. That is full disclosure. I’m sorry if you did not read that.

cherifah @edorr35, Interpretation is apparantly not always the same between seller and buyer! I'm going to change my review and remember to never provide an explanation of my review again. There is literally not much space for explanation or room for conversation without seeming attacked. I would have explained further, if only you had asked. I've had some really great experiences with Poshmark and apparently this just isnt one if them! Thanks for the great shopping experience!

edorr35 @cherifah I’m sorry you feel that way. The bag is actually made of good quality pebbled leather. I did show pics of inside as well in ad. I just thought saying there was no serial tag in it and the low price I was asking was enough to let you know that most likely it is not an authentic, but a good reproduction?
