jmifsud76 @cherciccone Dear Cheryl, I have been notified that the pants you bought were stained and I submitted a reply to the claim but I’m not sure if you will see it. I am so sorry that the pants have a stain, they are brand new, never worn and I had them in storage until you purchased them. I did not see the stain before I sent them to you and I sincerely apologize that you received a damaged item.

thankfulcloset hi there. I'm so sorry I didn't see the loose thread on your Purse. I would have clipped it with scissors if I saw. I see you opened a claim because of this, I understand the purse is unusable, so please send it back. it's too bad it's considered garbage because you couldn't get into contact with me first to resolve this.
