Hi Chis, I just wanted to let you know that I shipped your dress Wednesday. For some reason the tracking is not working. I handed the box directly to the postal carrier and she scanned the label. I hope everything is ok with it. I thought you needed to be aware. I purchased an item that never tracked and it just showed up one day and everything was fine. Let me know if you get it. Hello Chis, I am so sorry about the dress. It was a new dress and I did not test the zipper. I would like to mail you your money back. If I do that will you fix the bad review?
