pdcosc61 @chloeanne456 Hi Chloe, sorry for the delayed response. My answer will be in several comments there is a limit. The Poshmark Guide will help you quite a bit. If you are interested in selling your gently worn items from your closet, take good snapshots, a picture that people will notice. Also, your headline to your listing should let potential buyers know exactly what you are selling.

pdcosc61 @chloeanne456 For your detailed description, put as much as you know about the item, condition, fabric, any flaws and most of all why someone would want to buy it. Set your asking price and once you have your listing ready, post it. I recommend you have you settings to share to Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr as well, the bigger the audience the more advantage you will have to sell.

pdcosc61 @chloeanne456 You can also do the same for items that you have that still have the tags and have never been worn. Be honest and don't be afraid when someone offers you a very low price than what you want, this is common, counter their offer but I find these never turn into sales.

pdcosc61 @chloeanne456 Only post what is allowed, you will see people posting books, cd's etc. the site is only for apparel and accessories. And mostly look at others closets, like what you like and share. Follow people that has similar interest as you and if someone shares your item be kind and share back. The more you share the more others will share yours.

pdcosc61 @chloeanne456 Buying, I usually buy after developing a friendship with fellow poshers that I trust and I know I will like what I purchased. Everyone has there own way but there are no returns unless the seller totally misrepresented what you purchased. There are wonderful items to buy at very good prices, shop your brands or closets until you find something that is right for you.

kaytawinn @pdcosc61 idk about the no returns... I have received orders where items either have wrong sizes etc and when I contact poshmark they either will let me return and get my money back or last time they just refunded me, paid the seller and told me to just keep the item. I had a situation where I found out that an item was stolen and they had me ship it to them and gave me a full refund. The key is to NOT accept the order if there is a problem but instead you contact Poshmark directly.

kaytawinn @pdcosc61 I've had issues where there are flaws and also when items have been stretched that they don't meet the standards of the sizing. I was more so stating that without fail, regardless of the policy, Poshmark has always given me the opportunity to return an item to the seller and receive a refund and I mean I am an extremely picky buyer. So I don't want there to be any confusion because I've never had an issue where I am stuck with an item that I am dissatisfied with.
