Hello love I'm so sorry for this delay on the MAC lipstick I keep calling the post office because I shipped it the same day you bought it so you could receive it soon. But idk what has happened that the package isn't even scanned yet I'm so disappointed.

I don't know if it was because of the holidays but I already have a case number with the post office, I'm so sorry for this I feel terrible because I sent you the lipstick & some extra gifts I understand of you want to cancel the order so you won't be waiting I'm truly sorry I wish I could resolve this soon but they still have no update :(
