imanim0830 Could you please check your package again I put the entire set in that package of mail. I’ve never sent anyone half of an outfit. I’ve checked my car thoroughly & it is not in there. Nor the top of my closet . Again I truly apologize about this. This has never happened. The only thing I can do is see is see if it dropped at the post office I shipped it from somehow but I don’t think that’s possible either because I would’ve seen it on my way out.

imanim0830 If the bra is not in there the only thing that can be done is you refuse the package & send it back to me & The money you paid will be refunded. POSHMARK does not release your money to me until you have accepted your order. Idk how this happened but I will get to the bottom of it.

imanim0830 Please check your package again thoroughly. It’s midnight now the post office does not open until 9 AM that’s when I can go check & see if my item was found. If you do not see the bralette Or do not want to wait until the post office opens please refuse the package & send the items back & you’ll be refunded so sorry about this. Again idk how something like this happened

imanim0830 hey so I’m at the post office now ! & they say I left it on the table on Monday when I shipped it out ! I’ve spoken with the supervisor & he said he will speak with the custodian when he comes in between 10&1030. Again I’m so sorry this happened this was a honest mistake and oversight on my part ! I’ve told him to let me know either way if they find it or not.

imanim0830 I know this is extremely frustrating but please give me sometime to resolve this issue. If the bralette is not found as I’ve stated a refund will be issue & you’ll have to send back the shorts & jacket. I’m so sorry about this !

Again I’m so sorry I can’t believe this happened. I should be hearing from them within the next hour b/c it’s about 1030 now. I’ll keep you updated

imanim0830 the supervisor called me he says he didn’t find it it was either thrown out or someone could’ve stolen it off the counter & I asked if they could check the cameras & he said the lobby area isn’t monitored by cameras. I’m so sorry about this ok just as blown as you are this has NEVER happened to me before.

imanim0830 I know you really wanted this outfit so at this point all we can do is have you set up a refund through POSHMARK and send it back to me for a full refund. or accept the package & find another bralette (FN possibly) to go underneath it that I’ll pay for & send yu a portion of your money back.

imanim0830 Hey have you contacted POSHMARK requesting a refund? I’ll be traveling soon & I won’t have access to my phone. I want to make sure we get this resolved before I leave. FYI POSHMARK releases your money to me 3 days after it was delivered. & what they release is $40 not the entire amount you paid b/c of their fee.

christianna101 hey so i shipped it out with the 2 day shipping label they gave me but i had to ship it out with UPS and not USPS and i was just wondering if that the same thing or is that gonna cause some of a selfie w.e but the lady said it fine and everything is good it’s gonna get shipped to you? the only reason i asked was because i thought i had to ship it with usps
