kathonjackson Good morning. You purchased my faux leather ivory jacket. I am sorry to tell you that as I was packaging the jacket in this morning I noticed that there is quite a bit of blistering and even a little rip in the back by the collar. As pictured. I apologize I have really have no idea how this would’ve happened. Although, I did list this quite a while ago. I do plan to send it off to you today along with a complete refund enclosed in the box. Would that be OK with you?

kathonjackson It seems to be happening more as the day goes on. I am completely baffled. My husband thinks it may be because of a temperature change. It’s been awfully cold here and it has been stored in our storage unit. I’m not even sure I should even send it but I will be sending you a complete refund please let me know how you Would like me to proceed. I would like to put $10 in the mail to you. I hope you understand.
