mrsmulneaux @rare2findboutiq it’s processed all the way through my bank and I’m not getting any notifications from poshmark. I’ll contact them but you may have to provide a screenshot of the error message since I’m not getting g anything.

mrsmulneaux I just emailed customer Service with screenshots of our conversation so they know what’s going on. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I’ll keep you posted in case they answer just me and not both of us.

mrsmulneaux hi, I have sent 4 communications with poshmark customer service. I cant add a screenshot in the comments but I did share how frustrating this is and that this is the fourth communication. the transaction has cleared my bank, did you ever get the credit for it?

mrsmulneaux @rare2findboutiq they finally emailed me back, my email address is wrong in their system and they are working on it. At the pace it’s going I may have to cancel our transaction and re-buy it. Did it ever go through on your end?
