419kitty28 No I have not. The post office says that it is lost. I've contacted Posh several times and they tell me they cannot do anything.

419kitty28 I realize that this is most likely nor your issue, but if you can reach out to management I would appreciate it. I notifed them over a week ago that the USPS knew the package was lost and they did nothing about it!

419kitty28 My card cannot be refunded because it is a visa gift card from my mom. I've asked them to have the same ring sent out via FedEx or UPS. I am extremely frustrated by how thia has been handled by them. If there is anything you can recommend to them I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you! Christy
