honeycutt1977 I noticed in the rating you commented that the ship time could be improved. I got the notification that it and been sold and it was at the PO shipped within two hours. How much faster can it be? Also saw you commented that the cleanliness of the item could be improved. It was washed and pressed before shipment. Again, what else could I do? New to PoshMark and looking for criticism. Thank you for the purchase. The other ratings I won’t go into as these two stuck out to me.

favoritefleur hi, im not sure if you're new to the app or not but I noticed this has happened with someone else above - poor ratings/ratings less than 5 should be based on the seller description, ship time, etc. your item was brand new, shipped next day, had a full description with measurements, 8 photos, was wrapped, etc. I'm not sure the reason for less than 5 stars as theres no comment but so you know in the future, those ratings are important to sellers who run a business.
