amyfeagin Hi thank you for your purchase of the Betty boo mug. I just received a message that it hasn’t shipped. I shipped it the day after you bought it, so I’m assuming there’s a mess up with the postal service. I’ll go tomorrow to see if I can find out any information. I apologize for any inconvenience. amyfeagin @chyp8 So the post office has no idea where the package is. If you don’t receive it By the end of this week , I’ll request poshmark issues you a refund. I sorry, this has never happened before. If you do get it you can just rate me , and that will should work. If not send me a message so I can request that refund. Again I’m so sorry of an inconvenience.

amyfeagin I did however have one item take nearly 3 weeks to get to its location . I wouldn’t think this would be that way... either way, if you don’t receive it by the end of the week I’ll have them issue a refund

amyfeagin I canceled the order, let me know if they issue you the refund. It was the only option it offered me. If not I’ll try to send them a message.
