I read your comment & I am baffled as to how the chain could have been damaged as it was never worn. I inspected the products before shipping & saw nothing of what you have mentioned. Possibly it could have been damaged taking it out from the packaging? I'm just suggesting this, as the item had never been worn. I regret we'll never know. I was sure that with you getting such a discount you would be satisfied. I do hope that you will cherish them as I did.
