kwachholz Hey! I just got an email stating your order of the lululemon bra was cancelled? I am not sure if you cancelled or Poshmark cancelled the order?

clairesclosetx @kwachholz Hey! I didn't cancel it, on my end it doesn't say cancelled so that is weird. This happened before with an item, and poshmark ended up giving myself and the seller a refund because the item was lost. So we might have to contact posh

kwachholz @clairesclosetx Okay, glad to hear you didn't cancel :) I am literally on hold with Canada Post as I type this. I can now ask them to investigate this situation since so many days have passed. I will message you back once I speak with a representative. I promise you I mailed it out May 8th. I actually bought something on Poshmark May 2nd and it still hasn't arrived. I will also contact Poshmark with your order number and inform them of what Canada Post tells me. Thanks again!

kwachholz @clairesclosetx Okay, so because I placed the item in a red Canada Post bin, they consider it regular mail and don't scan tracking numbers (I know, frustrating!). They opened a ticket to investigate. The Rep said you should receive the package within the next week. I am so sorry for this! I now know I need to go into a post office to have an item scanned right from the get-go!
