kgsouthbeach @clarencehodge Hi Clarence! I wanted to thank you for your purchase & let you know that my carrier failed to pick up your package yesterday. I believe my regular carrier was out because she never fails to pick up my out-going mail & knows that I pride myself on shipping same day or next day. kgsouthbeach @clarencehodge That’s totally natural to feel that way. The best thing about Poshmark is they encourage communication between buyers and sellers. Also, you are protected if the item you receive isn’t as advertised. That’s why the better sellers always put the measurements in their listings to insure you’re getting something that you know will fit. Anyway, I am a Poshmark Mentor, Ambassador, 5 star seller and certified fast shipper. And I ALWAYS put the measurements in my listings! (Continued)

kgsouthbeach @clarencehodge (Continued from above) Anyway, Poshmark should have provided you with a tracking number which you can use to track your package here on Poshmark. However, I have found that using the USPS site tends to update more frequently. I have another package I have to get out for a customer and I’m in the process of packing it now. Once that’s done, I’m going to the P.O. and I’ll let you know when it’s in their hands. 😘😘😘

My darling hubby kindly dropped off my outgoing packages for me, so you should be able to start tracking your item this evening using the tracking number provided by Poshmark. You can track it on the Poshmark app, but it’s been my experience that the USPS site updates more often than Poshmark. Again, reach out to me if you have any questions. 😘😘

I sent several other packages out that day and everyone else has received there’s. This lays solely at the feet of USPS because I sent your package out five days ago! kgsouthbeach @clarencehodge I also want to reassure you that this is not typical. To be an ambassador, you have to ship within a certain amount of time or you lose that ambassadorship. So it is in our best interest to get these packages out next day with the exclusion of Sunday’s. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
