leahfields77 Hi, it’s me again. It’s so frustrating lately that these packages aren’t tracking on here. I just wanted you to know I contacted PM support and they’ll fix it. You may get it before it even shows on here. Sometimes they get held up along the way and after PM manually fixes it they start moving again. Please don’t worry I’m on top of it! I promise! You’ve been nothing but understanding & kind. Some people get very angry at me, but there’s nothing I can do other than bombard PM with emails. I hope you love them! thegreatfinds @claudia_crovd Hi Claudia, thank you for your purchase of the Figs jogger, unfortunately I’ll have to cancel the order, I’ll found some flaws while packaging it last night. I don’t think it’s a big deal but it wouldn’t be fair for the price you paid, if you still interest I could cancel the current order and offer it to you for half the price. leahfields77 Oh. My. GAWD! I bet I emailed “PM Support” 50 times. Every day. So the last email I sent Friday I asked how to refund because the package was WHO KNOWS WHERE, then today THEY SHOW UP! What the heck? I’m so so so so so so so so so so so so SORRY! This is RIDICULOUS.

leahfields77 The post office won’t refund any of your money, but I’m gonna try to figure out what I can do. You deserved better than this-so I went to file a complaint and the little side memo thing said “sometimes smaller packages may get lost under larger packages” HUH? :(
