roshelly63 Hi. A purse I purchased was sent to you in error. And I received the dress you purchased. I guess shipping labels got mixed up. Mistakes happen. I would like to know if you will do a good faith exchange with me. Instead of sending items back to seller, we send to each other. Either way we have to make a trip to the post office. claudiusqueeley @roshelly63 hi good evening I understand mistakes happen my only concern is the person that sold these items to us needs to pay for the shipping cost we already had to pay shipping and if we do that we not come out even more money for a mistake the seller should be rectifying

roshelly63 @claudiusqueeley Hello. I was just notified I will receive a refund if I mail the dress by Saturday. Mail to? Seller? How? She doesn't know how to print labels for us. I'd really like to get purses. I'm guessing you'd like to have dress for New Year's Eve.

claudiusqueeley @roshelly63 it’s going to cost me WAY more money to send you two purses that I didn’t ask for than for you to to pay to send me a dress. The seller needs to take responsibility for all of this and fix this I’m not coming out of more money for this that’s not fair

claudiusqueeley @roshelly63 when I filled the issue the seller didn’t reply at all so Poshmark stepped in and handed the situation so days later she wants to step in this is bad service all around. At this point I can’t guarantee that this will be resolved so I am stepping out of this situation. This not the first time a seller had messed up an order of mine that I have paid for and have to wait days for it to be fixed and I no longer will use this app to shop for bargains again

claudiusqueeley @roshelly63 good afternoon this is what I will do I made a post for shipping labels and return labels. When the seller pays for the listing I will send you the items you purchased and in the box will be a return label for you to send me my items. So this way we both get our items. Are you ok with this?

roshelly63 @claudiusqueeley Hi. I am ok with this. I was told I receive a refund. But received a notification from poshmark that I will not receive a refund if seller doesn't receive package by today. I have not mailed package to seller and will gladly send to you. I will pay for all the postage and try to collect from the seller. I'm afraid we will never get this straightened out if we wait for the seller to do her part.

roshelly63 Morning. I'm wondering why I was sent a return label and you weren't. But they already issued you a refund? Or do you want possession of the dress to cover postage plus the refund? I wish someone from Poshmark would explain to me what's going on. They told me earlier I can't mail directly to you. I've come to the conclusion I'm out $83. Posh mark is a dishonest company. All I can do is contact the bbb.

claudiusqueeley @roshelly63 I’m not sure either I know when I reached out to the seller she never responded and since she didn’t respond Poshmark responded and solved the issue. Then the seller responded after the fact then tried to demand me to send her the items after Poshmark refunded me and told me to get rid of the items. But if this don’t work for you i am ok this has all been a hassle and the seller is out her mind and I just want to be done with all of this.

roshelly63 @claudiusqueeley If you give me your address and the amount it will cost you for postage and your time I will send cash along with the dress to you. I would rather pay more and receive what I purchased than give the seller or Poshmark $83. I hope you consider this. I understand you don't have to.
