caralina_ldr Hello. I received the text msg. from USPS at 3:37 PM saying that the parcel was delivered to my mailbox at 8:47 AM. I was so excited; I rushed right out to the box. There was nothing there! The box was empty! I guess I was robbed! It has never happened before, but there is a first time for everything, I suppose. I'm heartbroken, wyomingcowboy7. I cried. I think I probably will again. Can you, please, at least describe the package for me - size, color, shape, any outstanding markings? Thank you.

I know it's late and I probably will not hear from you until tomorrow, but I do need the information on the package, including: what Class of mail it was and city, state, zip from which it was mailed. I have reported this to the local Police Dept. for investigation and am now completing a preliminary report with USPS and this is the further information they are requesting. Sorry to impose. Cannot take this lying down. They're also asking exact date of mailing. Thank you! --c--

caralina_ldr Will look to find the photo. Thank you. USPS is also asking for the name, address, and email/phone of the original shipper. Since I have no package with return address, I was unable to provide it. I have no clue how one proceeds in transmitting sensitive data, here. Is there a set of generic info you provide for business purposes? It must have seemed odd to them that I made my purchase from a merchant I'm unable to identify beyond "@wyomingcowboy7 on Poshmark." Perhaps, that's enough. Blessings!

wyomingcowboy7 @caralina_ldr I have reached out to Poshmark. They created the shipping label I used and it’s included in the tracking number. The post office would have that info, name address etc from the tracking number. I am working diligently I promise to help get this resolved.
