fawnderella Hi, honestly I did not even see the stain on hood, it may have happened while packing to ship. Otherwise I certainly would have disclosed and the zipper, got me stumped on that one. But just wanted to reach out as the seller and apologize. At least it’s a learning lesson, so thank you.

cmorrison1991 No, it's totally okay. Really, no hard feelings. I did try to get the stain out with just some gentle water and a cloth. It did not fade at all. The zipper just seems to have aligned wrong? I think it could be fixed if you can get it loose, but I was too afraid to tug too hard because I didn't want to damage it further in hopes that you could re-sell. Thank you so much for being so good about this!
