botanicalbambi Your rating was incredibly unfair and ridiculous. 1 star because it smelled like fragrance and the colors are supposedly not as pictured?? I don’t use ANY fragrances in my home except for an all natural eco friendly laundry soap which is made of essential oils. I’m sorry if you don’t like the smell or feel that it would cause you any issues but this is to be expected when you buy USED clothing from someone else... you should also ask buyers if they use fragrances if it is that much of a concern.

botanicalbambi I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and used to suffer from allergies and eczema b/c of it so I’m very mindful and conscientious. You also claim it looks nothing like the photos b/c the color is faded which is not true. My photos are up close and very clear and the item was in excellent condition and was only worn one time. The material itself is a very lightweight gauze cotton it is not my fault if you were expecting something else. My listing was accurately described and pictured.

botanicalbambi If you were so unhappy you could have requested to return it rather than giving me a one star rating for this. I have never had any unhappy buyers before and have had a perfect 5 star rating the last 3 years. Thank you so much for ruining that. I shipped your item the same day and it was well represented in photos and packaged carefully and clean. You are extremely unkind and unrealistic and maybe shouldn’t be shopping on poshmark.

cmcrq @botanicalbambi I’m brand new to Poshmark and simply spoke honestly about my experience. I’m just learning the process and had no idea how negatively this would impact you. The site suggested I resell it so I did. I literally just followed the prompts. I never meant to hurt you or alter your excellent rating. I’m sorry you’re so upset.

botanicalbambi @cmcrq you should absolutely give honest reviews but they should also be fair and reasonable. A one star review was absurd for what you experienced. Unfortunately we don’t always love the items we purchase on here but that isn’t the fault of the seller. Your review should be based on things like how quickly it was shipped, how accurately it was represented and if the item was clean and packaged carefully etc. All I was saying was your review was unreasonable and unjustified and rude.

cmcrq @botanicalbambi I don’t agree with you and I think your being very rude and unkind. You’re literally harassing me because I spoke honestly about my experience. The item doesn’t appear as it’s pictured and it smells like a bottle of perfume. I can’t use it. Perhaps I should’ve included that you sent it immediately and it was packaged appropriately.
