colleen0613 @mardiz my address is listed wrong the correct address is 300 W Airport Blvd Apt 209 Sanford FL 32773. Can you charge me another shipping fee. Please be gentle on me as I have to do this a total of 3 times. But whatever it is it is. My email is wrong also so I’m having a difficult time trying to get things straightened out. mardiz @colleen0613 Not a problem at all. The amnt you made to purchase for the pants was nit transfered to my account. If you want, I can relist the item so you can purchase it again. As long as you have the address changed already on you PM account, then we should be good.

amy_newms I’m very sorry you were not fully satisfied with your purchase. You noted item description and seller responsiveness as your reasons for the low rating, but the list included the item description and photos directly from the LOFT website. Also, I did not sell you the item “at cost” - you received a $30 discount on the $70 dress as well as discounted shipping (per your request). Again, apologies to you.
