mellowbymak I sent your package almost a week ago it says it could not be delivered to the address listed because it wasn’t a secure Location. mellowbymak @pcomfortm it says that the location was not secure for whatever reason and it says they left a notice in attempt to deliver the item so if you visit your local post office and give them the tracking number they are probably holding it for you

pcomfortm @mellowbymak I went to the post office they didn’t give me the items because they said that you requested for express and you priority ,doing should pay 23.68$,before receiving the item,I didn’t had any money that moment

mellowbymak @pcomfortm wow they lied to you I never request express on anything because the shipping labels are pre made on poshmark. Had I requested express I would have had to pay before shipping the package that’s ridiculous. I’ve sent out multiple packages and this is the first one I’ve ever had issues with as you can see in my love notes on my account from other buyers. I use the same labels and the same boxes made by the post office. I’m sorry you’re experiencing so many issues with the postal service

mellowbymak I don't understand why they would be sent back if you tried to pick them up... nor do I understand why they would try to charge you for them when you went to pick them up if they attempted to deliver them to your door.. I've never had this issue with anyone else who has purchased anything from me. I will go to the post office today to see if they have the package there but nothing has been delivered to my home.

mellowbymak They have the package thank God! Okay so for all this confusion if you want choose any item in my closet that is $10 and below and I will mail it with the package. They said that because it was sent in a box with a blue line that the package label was ignored even though priority mail stickers were placed on the box over the express marks.

mellowbymak Super annoying and I wish they would have contacted me somehow by mail or whatever letting me know that they had a returned package for me. But the lady gave me a pack of shipping boxes with red lines on them that will cause no issues with mailing this time. I even told them how inconsistent they were to attempt to deliver the item for free but then try to charge the recipient when you attempted to pick up the package.

It was beyond either of our control but I still want to apologize as the seller because it irritates me more than anything for any delays to be associated with my business.
