cococuriosities Hello dear, I am so sorry about tracking issue, I have reached out to Poshmark. I have items that shipped and arrived almost next day but this is ridiculous. I shipped following day and item has been in limbo for a week, not sure what's going on but will keep you posted . Sorry about the inconvenience hun

constanciaw @evatamez - It's no problem! It will take about 7-10 days extra to get to me because I am in South Korea and it has to get to my military post box! That's why it appears to be in limbo. It's probably already in country and just has to hit the box. They send us an email as soon as that happens so I should be getting a notice soon. Thank you for your diligence, though!

plumcreekbtq @constanciaw Good afternoon... I delivered your TShirt order to USPS and they advised that I can not use the standard Poshmark Priority Mail shipping label because a customs form is not attached to it. I've reached out to Poshmark to ask them how we obtain a customs form for their shipping labels since we can't use the regular customs form at the USPS counter. If you've had any other Poshmark packages delayed, you may want to ask the Seller if they attached a customs form to the label.

plumcreekbtq @constanciaw If they did not, this may be why some packages are delayed or not arriving. Apparently, military APO packages do require a customs form. Poshmark FAQs states their shipping labels do not support APO shipments so I'm not sure if this means we can't ship at all or if they have another method for delivery. I do apologize for the confusion. As soon as Poshmark let's me know how to proceed, I'll message back with an update. 💜

cococuriosities @constanciaw hello again dear, hope all is well😘😘🤗🤗, as far as label goes I printed the label provided to me by Poshmark, dropped off in the drop box and shipped the following day with no issues. I just remember it was in limbo for a little while but as you mentioned it takes a bit longer because it’s military mail box

cococuriosities I see the other comment left by seller and it might have been an issue with the usps employee she spoke to. Maybe they were new ? Misinformed ? I don’t think it would matter since it gets sent to a Military post office first and then the military has their own mail system? I use the drop off bin inside the post office so maybe she should give that a try? Hope that helps dears , 🤗🤗😘

plumcreekbtq @constanciaw received a message from Poshmark this morning, indicating their shipping labels are not authorized for shipment to military address and/or APOs. They didn't tell me what they plan to do but their message said the Poshmark system should not have permitted the label to be created.

plumcreekbtq @constanciaw I'm going to try and drop it in a mailbox and see if they will let it pass that way. The postal employees - and Poshmark - have both advised it can't be shipped. Very odd but I'll try to drop it in the mailbox and see if they authorize it and pass it thru that way. 😍

plumcreekbtq @cococuriosities It sounds like you may have gotten it thru by using a mailbox so no one actually looked at it. But, the lack of the customs form may have been why it was delayed. Poshmark has updated FAQs, also, to state their labels are authorized for APO and/or military addresses. I'm going to try and drop in a mailbox and bypass the employees. Maybe I can get it thru.

cococuriosities @plumcreekbtq When I printed label the address appeared to be U.S and I had no idea it was military until after It shipped. It took longer because it got to U.S military box first and then it got shipped out of the country to Korea, if a customs paperwork was required, I don’t think it would’ve made it to the buyer and it would’ve been returned. I have had to fill out a customs form only when I DIRECTLY ship to a foreign country address & mailbox as when I shipped to my deployed fam in Iraq.

plumcreekbtq @cococuriosities Yes, this is what I thought as well. However, based on Poshmark message - and after I researched on the USPS website - it appears they now require customs forms if the address is an APO. In 6 years of selling online, I never had to use a customs for to ship to an APO....seems very odd.

plumcreekbtq @cococuriosities Maybe this is a recent change with USPS? I'm not really sure. I'm going to try and ship it and see what happens. I think Poshmark may cancel this order and refund the buyer, since it's their policy to not ship to APO addresses. If they do, it will be okay as we will cover the cost for the product to reach her, if it actually bypasses and makes it.

plumcreekbtq @cococuriosities I'm going to use this as a learning experience. ;) I think Poshmark is working to get some type of workaround but, right now, their labels won't print the customs form that USPS requires. @constanciaw I'm going to try and re-ship it today and see if we can get a workaround for you. I think Poshmark may cancel and refund this order since their official position is that we can't ship to APO.

plumcreekbtq @cococuriosities IF this package makes it thru today, when I drop in the mailbox, then I think Poshmark will just bill me for the shipping label and you'll have a free tee. ;) No need to pay us for it IF it arrives and IF Poshmark refunds and cancels. I want you to have it so I'm going to do my best to get it to you. Thank you for your patience while we figure this out and I'll keep you both posted as I try this other work around.

alaskaminnie Hello! I have been following the tracking in your purchase. Apparently the top went from Alaska to Chicago fairly fast then sat at the Chicago International distribution center and sat there for a few days. It appears to be tracking again.
