ashrbender @alexyheng hey girl! Bundle all the items that you are interested. I know you purchased the make up bag earlier but I can see if I can cancel that. If you bundle your items you only have to pay shipping once, where as each individual order, you have to pay the $6.49 on each order. 😊

chsmith5032 hey what was wrong with my packaging I have never had that complaint. Any advise would be helpful and how could I better describe it a 1 star is very harsh I have never received one before the pictures are clear and the 1 star if you sell can very much hurt someone although no one can see it. I just want an explanation of what I could have done so wrong. not being mean but I do my very best always

robnjoe She has done the same thing to me. Gave me a 2 star rating. I have never had any issues with my items. But I think it is unfair to rate that low without trying to fix the issue. She received my item almost 3 days ago and waits until her time frame is up to give a bad rating. I would think if it was that bad, she would have said something as soon as she received the item and not three days later.

chsmith5032 @robnjoe I have no clue how they can let people do this we work hard for our money and I spend my own money to package and everything I have is put in a plastic bag then wrapped in tissue paper then ribbon then a hand written card and shipped out promptly. she can just delete this account and do it to others and then she want answer you so I give up

robnjoe @chsmith5032 you are correct. I think if you are given a low rating, then that person has to explain in full detail what the problems are. And she more than likely will delete the comments, and continue with what she has been doing, but that is fine. I firmly believe that you can not complain or rate low if you have something for any length of time without saying anything.

thia1077 @robnjoe she bought an item from me and gave me a 1 star rating too. And right after I packed the item she did a bunch of separate purchases which I told her To bundle up and I could give her a discount and never heard back. I did her a favor by not processing them separately and then I get a 1 star rating for the one item she did purchase.

balowry Actually I just read the prior comments about other ratings you’ve given unfairly. It takes a lot of work to list and sell the items you’re looking at and those of us that take it seriously depend on honest feedback. chsmith5032 @allysonm6380 yep I have never received a 1 star and one 2 star cause a not leather bag didn't look leather and 2/stars one was my fault I actually sent her the wrong jeans and the other was because it smelled to clean my laundry detergent and one case opened and one and she lied and wasn't worth my time or effort and she got the whole lot of us
