Hi, I’m reaching out to see what is going on with your order. I shipped the coat right after you purchased it and then a few hours later received a cancellation for the order. However, the coat was already on the way and is showing a delivery date of Monday. Now, I received another order from you for the coat with a new label and different tracking?? Not sure why. Anyway, the coat will be there Monday please confirm when it arrives.

@crawfgirl Sorry I missed this but I figured I'd let you know now in case you run into this again. I didn't confirm my identity with Poshmark quickly enough (this was my first purchase) so they cancelled the order and restricted my account. When customer service helped me days later they relisted your item and had me repurchase it, then they immediately told me it "shipped" with the new tracking number. Basically there was some weird stuff with my account going on.

@luellalu Unfortunately I didn't think to get a tracking receipt since I was just using the prepaid label. I did get an email from Poshmark a few days ago saying you received them so hopefully it's just a weird Poshmark thing and you'll get them soon
