lainey80 Hi Courtney! I am more than sad to hear about the coat!! I had no idea and honestly did not see or realize this!!! I never would deliberately leave something out!!! I am very terribly sorry! lainey80 Hi Courtney! So I’m just wondering why did you “accept the coat?” Postmark rules state that if this coat was not as described to NOT accept it, let Poshmark Know and then you would happily receive a refund and return! But this didn’t happen! This is saddening because again I was so excited to make my first sale!! And excited for you!! I never sold this with the knowledge of the button. A complete oversight! And mistake! If you could please reach out to Poshmark for a refund!
