You asked what’s my problem and listed “ what you did right “ if you’re going to get so emotionally charged over things like this mayyybe don’t work in sales? it was a mistake and I was like “hm should update that” and then things that actually mattered popped up. So sorry a 4 star got you defensive at 10pm I’m a Thursday night I’ll change the railing and figure out how to get a refund thanks
