@crice76 the private offer made to all likers was for $165, which is $160 OFF my listing price of $325. I cut my price practically in half! Countering for ANOTHER $100 off of that is completely unreasonable for any sensible person. You were countering for only 20% of the original asking price for an $850 pair of jeans. It's an insult to do that to any seller, whether it be jeans, a home or anything in between. Hope this helps as you explore this site.

@crice76 I’m not sure how to see what you’ve purchased (that’s private info as far as I know). But I did just check out the BR website. It’s interesting, I don’t see anything listed for less than about $120, even on sale. I think the price I’m offering is generous, considering the discount. If it doesn’t work for you, no worries. Hope you find what you’re looking for.

@crice76 Also just a note—if you’re going to send such a low offer to someone in the future, I’d highly recommend sending them a comment right away letting them know why you’re offering so low. Most sellers read that as disrespectful (called “lowballing”), so it’s good to be clear up front with why you’re offering so different from the asking price. Hope that helps.

I’m never offended. My rule is I’ll never get offended as long as you don’t get offended when I counter back. But no need for hostility. Don’t worry about it. 😉
