leothe1lioness URGENT: I have made a mistake with shipping labels. You are supposed to receive an orange hat, but it went to someone else. PoshMark is helping me resolve this. In the meantime...you will be receiving a small package. With your label. This is the wrong package, so please do not open it. It needs to go to the person who has your hat. I’m terribly sorry about the mixup and will make this right. Please accept my apology. I’ll be in touch.

leothe1lioness @dtiger18 right. I remember that it was a different name. Can you let her know what’s going on so she doesn’t open the wrong package? We’ll get this figured out. The other buyer was very cool about it and will ship the hat to her.
