nami001 @cmg4163 Hi Cynthia, I left you a message on jeans listing you purchased and I'm note sure if you saw it or not. You asked why there was 2 shipping for 2 pants but you purchased 1 item from my closet. I'm assuming you might have purchased pants from a different seller and this is why there are 2 different shipping. When you purchase more than 1 item from the same seller then your items are combined and you only pay for shipping 1 time.

nami001 @cmg4163 Hi Cynthia, not sure if you're getting my messages or not but I wanted to let you l know I shipped your package to you today. I left you a message on the listing you purchased. From Hawaii it takes about 4 business days for the package to get to you. You can check the status my clicking on "My Purchases" --> "shipped". For now it says "pending USPS scan" once it scans it'll change to shipped. Thank you again & pls contact me if you have any questions.

nami001 @cmg4163 Hi Cynthia, I received notification of your very low rating from Posh regarding the jeans you purchased from me. Can you tell me why you chose to give me a 2 star rating? Low ratings affect sellers with Posh & I'd like to know what more I could've done to make your experience a more enjoyable one. The jeans you purchased are in excellent condition & I provided accurate description and pictures. I also shipped the the next day & communicated with you during the whole process.

nami001 @cmg4163 Can you tell me what it is that you didn't like about the transaction? If you're not happy with the jeans, you are more than welcome to return them. I don't want to ruin my status with Posh over a $13 pair of jeans. You contacted me on the listing asking why you were being charged 2 shippings for 2 pairs of jeans. I explained to you that you only purchased one pair from me and you must've purchased from a different seller.

nami001 If this is the reason for the 2 star rating please remove it as it's not fair to me. You purchased from 2 different sellers and therefore you are charged 2 shippings as I explained to you. Again, sellers take ratings very seriously as it affects their status with Posh. If you're not happy, please return the jeans & please remove the rating. Thank you. Aloha

nami001 @cmg163 I'm sorry I'm not sure I understand, Are you saying that the length on the right side and the left side are different? The jeans have been folded and shipped, maybe this is why the stitching is off? If you're not happy with this purchase, please return for a full refund. nami001 @cmg4163 Hi Cynthia, I did not get another transaction from you. Are you saying Posh charged you 2 times for the same transaction? I had only 1 transaction with you but before you mentioned about buying 2 pairs of jeans. You bought 1 from me & I think you might have bought your 2nd pair from a different seller. Posh will only charge you 1 time for each transaction. On my side I received $10 from you. Can you tell me more about what you're seeing with the transaction?
