I wish that you had contacted me directly, as I would have done everything in my power to make you happy, including agreeing immediately to a return and sending you compensation without a question. In the future, please give the seller a chance to do right by you. I wish that I had had that opportunity.

tencynsing @livvysworld , my apologies! I didn’t realize I should have done that instead. I’ve not done many transactions through Poshmark. I’m still unable to untangle the chain. I’ve tried several times, with a straight pin, but unsuccessfully. Would you like me to close the case?
