If you had concerns or questions about your purchase, I would have appreciated being contacted directly for resolution, up to a refund if desired. I can assure you that the necklace is authentic and will place the Silpada charm in the mail to you. I purchased the necklace many years ago when it was first released, so do not have an original box and never promoted it. I aim to make you satisfied.

@houstonchicgirl Thank you for your time and assistance to offer and send the tag.The ad did not offer a box, but considering the tag was missing and not stated in the ad, the original box would have helped to verify.I was not aware of a private method to respond or I definitely would have used it. If there is a specific way to re-rate the transaction when the tag arrives, please let me know and I will do so.
