@starmel the item did not come with new insert pads. The pads looked used. One was size 8 and other was different size. They were folded and wrinkled...not sure if they were used or washed before. The item was also missing the size tag normally on the item.

Hi again! I was able to drop off your package (j.crew blouse) two days ago at the post office but for some reason it has not been shipped out by them yet. I’m really sorry about this. I’m not sure if it’s because of the snow storm we had a couple days ago but i am planning to go to the post office tomorrow to check if i can find out what is going on.

@mir4378 I just went to USPS to check what’s going on and they said that sometimes packages aren’t scanned when they are dropped off and are sent onwards to the next destination. They assured me that it is ok it’s way but I’ll keep an eye on the tracking to make sure. So sorry again and thank you for understanding!
