minimal_hoarder I am SO sorry to hear the dress had an odor, I unfortunately have had an ongoing issue with my carrier who I believe smokes in her truck. This is the third complaint I’ve received in less than a week 😩 it’s clearly reached a critical mass and I’ll be taking it up with the postmaster ASAP. I’m literally mortified and am so so sorry.

I’m not showing that it has been scanned I yet but if tracking information hasn’t updated by tomorrow morning, I will be following up with the PO counter agent ASAP.
