I am saddened and shocked to see your dissatisfaction with my product and service. In the pictures, you can clearly see the lining of the suitcase intact, and it was shipped this way, so I am unsure why you described it as “ripped out”. I regret that you are disappointed in your purchase, but I stand by my offerings. Hope you realized your Old Gringo Boots are supposed to have a distressed look. Sorry you thought they were dirty. They are very expensive boot style mules and you did get them for a steal. If you don't want them I will refund your money if you would like to return them.

@danaprom good morning. I updated my listing with some more pics. I was going to package the boots and accept your offer. However, I inspected them closer and saw the top of a the boot shaft has some defects. The boots have been sitting in my closet laying down and I’m sure the leather at the top was squished. Please let me know if you still want them and I’ll accept and mail off tomorrow. It’s not super noticeable but I zoomed in.
