hi @danieladoeshair! I'm new to Poshmark and don't see another way to chat--just wanted to say I'm sorry to hear that the packaging was damaged on your handbag! I don't know if it was an issue of being tossed around during shipping or that I had just received an Amazon order in that box and reused it (I used it because it was the only one I had that was a perfect fit), but I'm relieved to hear that the handbag was not damaged and that you're happy with it. It's nice to know it found a new home!
