posh_yql There’s been an order mixup and it is my error. I’m assuming you will have received a bundle of mens’ items. It is completely my error. I processed a lot of orders that day and must have mixed up your address label with another gentlemen’s. He opened a case indicating he received your dress. Once I hear from customer service on how to rectify this, I will be in contact with you. If you open a case once you receive your wrong items, that will be helpful. My apologies.

posh_yql @aligab28 hi there. I heard from Poshmark admin. They are going to send you a shipping label to put on the package of 3 items you received in error and it will go to the correct person. The same will happen for the dress you ordered. It will be forwarded right to you.
