bohoandbling Please understand that almost all packages are delayed due to COVID post office workers being out influx of packages. I shipped your sneakers within 24 hours of your purchase, as I do ALL of my orders. Postal delays are beyond our control and when you give someone a one star rating when they did everything they could to please you, giving a discount, shipping immediately, item was new and perfect and sending a free gift as well, it is very disappointing.

plentifulclass Hello. I wanted to inform you that we needed to cancel your order for your black Sperry loafers that you purchased from Plentifulclass. While pulling the shoes they got caught on a edge which caused a rip and I certainly didn’t want to ship them in that condition. They will be relisted again but for $5 since now there’s a rip on the side. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
