@flasfotia Hi David. we are so sorry the 2 Japanese bowls arrived broken. sure thought they were packed well. We have 2 more available that we can send. I have responded to Poshmark with that information. I expect they will contact you and will advise you that we can replace. I will await their response. Again we apologize for this inconvenience. @flasfotia .We surely tried. Have you heard from PM? I also posted a msg to you on the opened case. Usually they are quick to RSVP, perhaps the weekend intervened. Would you be happy with having the 2 replaced? LindaB

@flasfotia, Posh has cleared the case, but it still leaves you with 2 broken 😢 Bowls. The good news is you have received a full refund and PM has paid me as well. We could create a new listing for the 2 Bowls. How does $10 Sound for the 2 bowls with lids?
If interested in more, we may have 4 available in total, I would have to check. ($20 for 4) Please let us know as we will need to coordinate timing for purchase (so after I list them someone else doesn't buy before you!)

@flasfotia I hope you're not disenchanted with Poshmark. It's sad that it was your first experience. We have been working with PM for a few years and feel it's been a great experience and, for us, any issues we have encountered from a buyer or seller experience has been fairly handled.
