Their issue is a five star requires no improvement and the buyer is satisfied. I am striving to be that seller. So if I receive a lessthan five star rating I assume there is some issue. This is Poshmark's logic.

@dgshep62 Again, I was a 5 star seller prior to our transaction that down graded to a 4.9 for me as a seller after you rated a 4 with nothing wrong. This is why I am taking my time to explain this to you. It makes the seller seem like he or she did not fulfill the purchase properly. Hope this helps in your future transactions. Happy Poshing
