leahfields77 Hey Dawn, I wanted to let you know I shipped your Athleta tops even tho it’s not showing on here that I did. Sometimes, especially lately, it can take up to a day for the package to start tracking on here. I didn’t want you thinking I’d not shipped them yet. :) Thank You Again, Leah ♥️

leahfields77 Hey Dawn, I don’t know what happens at the post office for the tracking not to show up sometimes, or if it’s just getting that info shared to PM. It’s happening a lot tho. Don’t worry please. It’s shipped! I went ahead and emailed PM SUPPORT, they have an entire thing set just for this. They’ll get it fixed ASAP. :) you may get even get it before it shows on here or if it’s sitting somewhere PM will get it moving again!

leahfields77 @aliiandersonnn yeah, I’m sorry. The truth but no one will admit it and I only know it because the 1st time tracking posted late like this I freaked completely out. PM employee ended up personally emailing me back instead of sending another automated reply. I’d sent them 20 emails in 2 days over it, Lol. I’m a nervous stressed out lady anyway and I really do I want it all to go perfect. (Running out room-conditioned)

leahfields77 @aliiandersonnn it kills my “delivery time average ” that buyers can see! PM says a PO will get busy and may leave packages in sorting bin longer that a day. That makes ZERO sense. 15+years selling online-Never had it happen until Covid. I actually had to apologize to lady the first time it happened to me as a buyer. I thought she was crazy. :( it’ll get there soon-I’ll make sure it does, I promise. Really sorry I know it’s frustrating. Keep Checking tracking. PM always fixes it pretty quick.

leahfields77 I got an email today that the shipment has been delayed. Duh, right? And another about an hour ago that shipment is “on its way to it’s destination.” Thank you for being kind to me, but you know this is unacceptable. It’s happening too often! Especially considering the shipping cost these days. I’m really sorry. Hopefully they’ll arrive tomorrow.

leahfields77 @aliiandersonnn yes. 1st notification email said delivery delayed. Do or did they notify you it was delayed? I can’t refund money on my own after shipment so I’ll request PM do a refund-It may take a couple of days, they’ll send you a return shipping label so you can return package to me, Tracking will eventually update on here they will Keep up with it. 2nd email said on its way to destination. I wish I could do more, it wasn’t fair you had to wait longer for your package. I’m sorry.

leahfields77 @aliiandersonnn @aliiandersonnn I don’t know! No, they don’t care because I mailed it on time and the PO has had it! The PO sure don’t care. They don’t even send the buyer emails! It’s all on the seller! This was a new one on me! Never ever in my life has anything taken this long! I kept getting emails over & over “shipment delayed” can you believe this!? I’m so upset!

leahfields77 I don’t get it. I can make it right as best I can. I don’t think THIS will ever happen again! Now I’m worried the bad is ripped or something like that! PM said “sometimes smaller packages are hidden under large ones at PO” that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I still can’t see the tracking on it! On here! Can you?

aliiandersonnn @leahfields77 no it’s not your fault at all. I just wish they could give better answers then “it’s delayed.” Seller/buyers rely on them to do their jobs. We rely on the PO. No ramifications if don’t do their jobs. We count on them. I guess Government at its finest. Thanks for listening
