dpelletier Theres an open case with poshmark regarding this. Ive contacted them, as well as the person who received your necklace. Trying to figure out how to get each of u your correct orders. If u would contact poshmark as well, that may help. My apologies. I am working on it, its just taking awhile for poshmark to get back when I email. With that being said, I dont believe a 1 star rating is very fair
