Hi!! Updating you on your purchase- there was an issue at the post office and they returned the package damaged... one of the bows fell off of the shoes. I’m so sorry! I don’t want to send them anyways to you unless you want them. If you want them I can list them at $5 and do free shipping for you to repurchase (the minimum posh will let me)... or I can fix them and send them your way!!!! I just wanted to be completely honest with you & don’t want you to be disappointed!

Click on the listing and at the bottom click "problem" then click "Contact Posh Support". Leave them a message and they will get back with you. If it is never delivered to you Poshmark will give you your money back. Hope this helps

I realize you are new to Poshmark, but in the future you are not supposed to rate a seller (for example 1 star) on something the seller has no control over. You should file a complaint "problem" with Poshmark. Just letting you know 😊

Hi Dawn! I just wanted to comment on your review of the boots you recently purchased. They are indeed Coach, I bought them at Macy’s a few years ago. You can google image “pink and brown coach snow boots” and see pictures. Due to corona, I couldn’t get out and get a proper box to ship it in, hence why it was shipped in a not coach brand box. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Good Morning. Thanks for your purchase. I want you to know I shipped your shirt yesterday and for some reason of the 7 packages I took to the PO this is the only one not tracking. Every now and then they blow it. Please let me know if you get it. I know it was shipping to a PO Box but that shouldn’t have mattered. I used the PM provided label and packaged it in USPS Priority Box. I pride myself on fast shipping, happy customers and a 5 star rating. Have a great weekend.

@blushme69 I checked all there boxes letting them know I had shipped it. However, I never got their notification either that it was tracking. Like I said 7 boxes shipped and your order only one not tracking. Caused me some concern. Hope the PO catches up today and it starts moving. The PO can be frustrating for us sellers.
