gigiandie @srobbins1529 hi, I’m hoping maybe you are able to help me. I am trying to add more photos to show serial number, when I try to edit the listing the message is telling me it is not authentic. Can you please provide me with some direction. The item is absolutely authentic

themakeovershop @gigiandie it can be hard to determine authenticity and I am not an expert. There are services you can utilize that authenticate but most cost money. If the serial is coming up wrong though I would say it may be a fake. It will be pulled off the site if it’s not authentic.

gigiandie @srobbins1529 they are absolutely authentic, I purchased them from Holt Renfrew and have the receipt, I was simply trying to post another pic as someone requested the serial number and took pictures of the inside arms. I will know for next time to show proof of authenticity with photos right off as it appears to be very difficult to add more pics but thank you for your help🙂

themakeovershop @gigiandie well that’s super frustrating that it’s coming up not authentic. I know with other platforms you can add at a cost but I have never had the issue of needing to add more yet with poshmark. I hope you find a resolution.

themakeovershop @gigiandie not the owner of poshmark and didn’t mean to imply that. You had said it was coming up not authentic. I know very well how serial numbers can come up wrong online. I think I just misunderstood what you were asking. I sell designer clothing and was just trying to help. Very sorry if you thought I was trying to insult you. I would never mean it that way.

themakeovershop If you are running out of photo space I would just prioritize which would be most important for you to see if you were interested in buying the item. Then you might find a space to put the serial number. Also the receipt is good to post sometimes in case the buyer runs into the same issue with the serial number you did.
