jagiekat Hi! It looks like I accidentally switched the shipping labels on two of my boxes this week and I sent you the wrong dress. I have been contacted by the other buyer and she was sent yours. She's reported this to Poshmark Support. I have contacted Poshmark Support, but I just wanted to keep you in the loop. I'm so, so sorry and so, so embarrassed that this happened! Hopefully we can get this fixed quickly and both of my wonderful customers can get the beautiful dresses they ordered! <3

jagiekat @dawnbear70 I would contact posh support ASAP and/or open a case on the purchase. If you're not home to receive the purchase within 72 hrs after delivery, it will be considered "accepted" and you won't be able to dispute anything. Again, I am SO sorry for this mix up. I have never done this before and I can't believe I managed to make this error.
